During the free trial
Cancel any time in the first 3 days and you are not charged.
After the trial
You can cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.
Refund requests
If you were charged by mistake or the service did not work for you, write to us with your order reference from the Account page and we will review it.
